This woman told me she was (but I’d like to say is) a model.  She looks pretty stunning to me. I especially like the large circular earring that she shows off by draping her hair to one side beneath her newsboy cap.

A radiant ensemble of warm colors.  This woman stood out among Vancouver winter grays and blacks.  Notice how her printed pashmina and handbag highlight her beautiful hair.

This man has always gone to a tailor. It definitely shows.  He told me that, “Women shop and men have tailors.”  I wouldn’t mind a tailor myself!  I especially appreciate the pale yellow sweater he has poking out beneath the layers of brown.  Lovely color combination.

We usually don’t shoot couples, but I couldn’t resist this delightful pair. I love the combination of reds and pinks that this woman is wearing.  Notice the way her boots, headband and pink collar all tie together. What I also loved about this woman is that she referred to her companion as her “prince.”  And what a handsome prince he is!

I caught this beautiful woman on a gorgeous winter day full of sun. Her bright color choice was accessorized perfectly with shiny black riding boots and classic Coco Chanel shades. What you don’t see are layers of that same blue tone on the shirt beneath her jacket and repeated again on a blue tartan wrap beneath the knitted toque, which is open in the back. This smart layering of color and texture made her more captivating than the blue sky above us.

This is a brave haircut but she pulls it off.  From her point-toed shoes to her bright red bag, this outfits says, “I know what I’m doing.”  The hair is just a given: a bold cut for a bold woman.  Inspiring.

A sharp yet understated ensemble.  Love the combination of the white shirt with the dark denim jeans, cuffs rolled up.  I think this woman has a little business and a little rocker in her look.

Her style motto is really basic: clean lines, simple design and everyday comfort.

The DIY handbag and cropped hair tip the scales of senior’s street style.  She assured me she is well over 50 but wouldn’t reveal her age.
