Here is an example of the old and new coming together. What I wouldn’t give to look half as good as she does (at half her age) in these short-shorts! I love this outfit. The bold ethnic print tank (huge in fashion this Spring), the rose colored 70s style glasses and dangling earrings. So bold.
Two-toned shoes are an item I see lots of stylish seniors wearing. They’re such an easy way to make a comfortable outfit chic. I also dig the majorly reflective sunglasses, even though it was a pain to photograph without me being in the reflection.
I was having lunch at Mein Hardt, a great place to spot stylish seniors, when I saw this woman. I asked to take her picture and she said, “But I’m just ordinary.” I told her that we photograph ordinary people with extra ordinary style. I love her pairing of the Asian style jacket with the floral skirt and peep toe heels. And the layering of scarves and necklace.
