I love this woman’s look. Off-kilter bangs, thick frames and prep-school shoes. So unusual for her generation (she’s older than she looks).

This beautiful grandmother was visiting from Montreal during the hottest recorded February in 115 years (said Peter Mansbridge with a twinkle in his eye, reporting live from the 2010 Winter Olympics).
Everything from her black bomber jacket to her red fingernails to her amber earrings to her cargo pants is stunning. I hope my hair is this shade of silver one day.

Great mixture of patterns and texture. ‘Material mashup’ is a term I heard yesterday and it describes this outfit perfectly — a wild but effective mix of fabrics. Her glasses are animal print.

This gentleman looks like he’s staged a revolution or two in his lifetime. His corduroy flat cap, retro New Balance sneakers and 40′s era army-green field jacket caught my attention from two blocks away. And those eyes — there’s a thousand stories in those eyes.
Casual, but classy. A nice combination of muted tones for a stroll down Robson Street.

Originally from Montreal, but now living in Vancouver, this lady hasn’t lost her flair for French fashion. From head to toe, starting with her black beret, fashionable fur coat (I know – controversial), designer handbag and finishing off with simple black flats – this lady’s got it goin’ on.

My friends joke that this isn’t really a seniors fashion blog, but rather a hat blog. What can I say, I’m a sucker for a man in a fedora! Doesn’t he look great?

We usually don’t shoot couples, but I couldn’t resist this delightful pair. I love the combination of reds and pinks that this woman is wearing. Notice the way her boots, headband and pink collar all tie together. What I also loved about this woman is that she referred to her companion as her “prince.” And what a handsome prince he is!
